    Emoji data causing WHD email to ticket process to fail

      Is there an email sanitization process to prevent unsupported data from causing issues in the email to ticket process in WHD and if so, are there plans to include emoji data to the sanitization process? As more and more people and devices begin to use emoji is it even possible to keep it out of the mix. Love to hear some points of view on this.
