Have you tried upgrading to the latest version? We released a hotfix for v9 that was also included in v10 and v11 for the slow connection issue.
Do you have an MRC or DRS license? If the latter, you have access to the new Internet proxy which will help you get around your firewall issues.
Thanks for the reply. Looks like hotfix 2 will resolve my issue, but I can't download it. Do I need a support contract? We use the Mini Remote Control application.
