You might want to move this to the Network Performance Monitor forum
Can you run the OrionPermissionChecker.exe utility under C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion
Click on the 'Check' button. If any of the results show a FAILED status, click on the 'Repair' button. Re-run the config wizard for the Website after that.
Also, make sure IIS is enabled as per the instructions in page 45 of the admin guide
If it hasn't been done that way, you can remove the IIS component, delete the C:\inetpub folder and re-enable the IIS component
Hi, thank you for your prompt reply. I have posted it here since the problem seems to apply to all products - same issue comes up with the IP Address Manager. I have followed the instructions on page 45 in the guide before writing to the forum. I will run the Permission Checker on Sunday (our week here goes from Sunday to Thursday) and I will let you know what it shows. I do not think that permissions are a problem since I am logged and run the process as an Administrator. Many thanks again Wojciech
