Possible DameWare security issue

In our IT Support environment, when I have remoted on to a machine using DameWare, the user is prompted to grant access for the technician to view their desktop remotely, however, on the odd occasion the user is not prompted to allow access and the technician can access the dekstop, should I be getting prompted each and everytime I log on to a PC? If the user accepts a remote session, is there a timescale where I would not require the user to accept.

Also, if you connect to a PC, disconnect for what ever reason, i.e. rebooting a PC, if you reconnect, it always seems to be a different if not random PC, so the technician has to very careful when reconnecting to a PC, please can you advise if this should be the case?
