    Alert Central not processing email




      I have been using Alert Central for a couple of months now and it has been working fine for most alerts, but i have noticed that emails from one of my UPS is not being processed.  I have copied the information from the email into the test part of the source and everything says it will route as expected but when the email is generated it goes to the mailbox and gets deleted( which i know it is meant too) but the alert never comes through.  I have moved the email source to the top of the list to ensure that it is the first one to process the email to ensure that it isn't being dropped by a default rule on another source but still no luck.  Is there anyway to trace this alert in the logs to see why this alert would be dropped.
