    How can the client form include the priority field for the client to choose?


      I found posts regarding hiding this but the opposite doesnt seem to work.

      I set the Setup > Tickets > Options > Client Priority Option to All Clients but the field doesnt show on the client webform.


      I also have specific Priorities set for different companies

      This is so they can choose the level that relates to their internal SLA's



      Company A

           Priority 1

           Priority 2


      Company B

           Severity 1

           Severity 2


      I can't get the Prioruty field to show at all on the client webform
