    Polling Emails: Specify tech and client seperately?


      We have a polling email address for helpdesk tickets and i am writting a script to generate tickets easily by email to this address. I have figured that if i use the technician who is using the script's email address it will assign them as the tech and the client. What i would love to be able to do is assign these settings individually. The way it works at the moment it goes into the correct technicians queue but because they also get set as the client when the ticket is closed it just emails the tech rather then the actual client we would like to set it to. Can anyone give me some information on how this can be accomplished?
