CBQoS not be displayed on ASR's subinterface on NTA 3.11

I have a problem about CBQoS on serial subinterface (ASR) on NTA 3.11, but I found on some posts that 3.5 sp2 hotfix can slove this issue, so I would like to know that can I use hotfix 3.5 sp2 on my NTA version 3.11 to fix this issue.
