    Packet Loss Monitoring


      Hi there,


      Currently using the NPM product to monitor our network. I noticed there is an alert called "High Packet Loss Monitoring" that we would like to enable to help us monitor our remote sites. We are having an issue where a site will experience slight packet loss but the packet loss is not enough to trigger a node being down. By default it appears the High Packet Loss Monitoring Alert is set to trigger when packet loss is above 40% and reset when less than 5%. How is this calculated and over how long of an interval? Are there any special settings to specify ping interval and number of pings?
