    Issue with options for status types


      Under options for status types not all status types are showing up for client update sets status to. All of the status types show for all the other status type changes but not for that one option. We created a new status type of "Pending - Tech Action" that we would like to have the tickets set to when a ticket is updated by the client. The only ones that are showing in the list are "New, Closed, Cancelled, and Resolved" even though we have 7 total status types. The ones listed before plus "In Progress, Pending - Tech Action, and Pending - Client Action". Any ideas of why the last options I listed are not showing as an option?
