Kiwi Syslog Server Setup Window is Blank

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm experiencing the same thing.

The screenshot above from brandonvdv is exactly what I’m seeing. There is no default rules in setup and nothing is ever displayed in the grey area between the buttons at the top and check box at the bottom.

Looking at the screenshoot I see the MPH is at ~1.5mm.  If you have any rules running at all you are pretty close to the realistic limit of the syslog server.  This could be a resource issue.

The screenshot shows 1600 MPH (Messages Per Hour) which is 26 messages per minute or about .4 messages per second. I'm sure the server can handle much more than that.

Also, I don't have any rules setup because the setup screen is blank so I can't make any rules. The setup screen has been blank since I installed Kiwi (before I even had any messages through the system).

Can you export the config from the File menu? Or, run Create tech support file?

Yes. The export is pasted below. I was wondering if this could be .NET issue. It would make sense if .NET is used to display the rules (although I went into Features and added .NET support).

During install it asks to create a web access rule. When I went into setup after, I could see the title of the web access rule in the top of the setup, but the contents of the rule were still unavailable. I'm sure this is an issue with displaying the content as web access rule seemed to work even though it wasn't visible.

Have you reinstalled over the top of your current install?

I've uninistalled and re-installed both 9.4.0 and 9.4.1 and still get nothing in setup.

I have .NET Framework 4.5.1 installed. I have also added the “.NET Framework 3.5.1 Features” from Server Manager -> Features -> Add Features.

Any known resolution to this issue? Thanks.
