    I'd like to find out if there is a way to notify more than one person can be notified when a new Web Help Ticket is submitted.


      We have multiple people utilizing the Web Help Desk - and the managers are not typically there during all shifts. We would like for everyone in our department to be notified when a ticket is submitted to the Web Help Desk. Is this possible?
