Windows 2012 R2 Agent for LEM

Hello

We are starting to roll out Windows 2012 R2 servers, we have installed the LEM agent and it seems to be working.

However when checking the logs it appears to be not communicating with the Virtual Appliance, does anybody else have this issue?

We are running 5.7 with the latest agent installer available.

Thanks

    1. Does the node appear in the Manage --> Nodes screen?
    2. What connectors do you have configured for that node in the manager?
    3. If you navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ContegoSPOP and look at the spoplog.txt, it should end with something like "Parent Connected."  Is this the case?

    Hello

We are now running LEM V6 and Agent V6, the agent still does not appear in the nodes list, however i did find a workaround.

After the agent install i stoppped thes services.

Then i deleted the spop folder and restarted the services.

Now the agent appears, this is happening on all new 2012 R2 servers we are spinning up.
