After many months of using Web Help Desk as a tech(nition), I finally got around to logging in with my client account.
When viewing the Asset tab, the default view gives details of the asset number, serial number, asset type, location, notes and reserved, but nothing that makes the asset easily recognisable to either clients or techs.
Does anyone know, how do I get it to show something slightly more useful, such as the device hostnames and/or IP addresses from this view?
Is it possible to detail other asset data here? We have multiple customer fields, such as service, application, customer available from the asset DB, any chance of seeing those from the Client Asset view also?
