Network Atlas Map Issue (Error Rendering Resource)

We are having an issue with our Network Atlas Map on our main summary screen that started today. Randomly, the map fails to load and shows the error: "There was an error while rendering resource with id xxx". We restarted the "Information Service v3" and that seems to help for a few hours, but then the error happens again. None of the other resources on the page are failing, just the map.

I did notice there was a thread about this error last year Network Atlas Issue so it looks like this error had has been experienced by others.

Hey bharris, did you ever learn what this problem was or what happen to fix it for you? Got the same problem with the error message id 1986. If I reload the page enough it seems to work itself out at some point put it seems random.

I recall an issue where there was a patch for Network Atlas you had to install. What versions of Orion are you using?

We are at what I believe is the newest update Orion platform 2017.3. I presume the hotfix is a part of that version?
Edit: Looked at the version of network atlas and it says version 1.17.0.151. So the hotfix is not applicable for that version it seems.
Update: Seems I was being stupid and I only needed to restart the server and everything was fine. Will update again if this was more then a one time thing.

With this being 3 years ago, I don't remember the way we fixed it fix occurence. I know I've rebooted the servers and/or restarted services and it will be fine and other times I've deleted the Temporary ASP Files and restarted IIS.
