Is there a way that clients can see tickets in their history of all other clients that have submitted tickets in their department? For example: A customer service agent submits a ticket, then another customer service agent wants to put in another ticket that is near or exactly the same as the previous agents ticket. Instead of submitting it, the 2nd agent could look into history and view open tickets within their department. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
As far as I know, not really. If one user is a manager, then you can assign them client-admin role. But there isn't really a good way for the end user to see other users tickets.
