I have the network performance monitor which i use via web browser and have hundreds of nodes for routers inside a private network. All these nodes are monitored for packet loss and drops as well as CPU usage ect, I just wondered if there is a tool built in or some way of pinging the nodes to see if I can get to them. These are obviously private IP's so the program has access to the box which has a route to these nodes.
In NPM Average Response Time and Packet Loss are basically ICMP pings to the device. But if you have the Engineers Toolset install on your PC the links in the program will work.
