SSL Certificate Expiration Date Monitor

We are getting a ton of these same SSL Cert alerts... can someone please shed some light on just what exactly these are?

Unexpected error occurred. SocketException caught. SocketError: NoBufferSpaceAvailable. Exception message: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full 10.x.x.x:443 at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoConnect(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress) at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(EndPoint remoteEP) at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(IPEndPoint remoteEP) at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(IPAddress address, Int32 port) at SolarWinds.APM.Probes.SslExpirationDateProbe.ProbeInternal(ProbeInformation probeInfo, PortMonitorNumericResult result).

When we research the alert on the server related to the IP we are getting a host of different issues... MSMQ error but MS Message Queueing isn't even installed on the server, one was this CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.  It never seems to be the same reason and it's getting frustrating.  I understand that this component monitor tests a web servers ability to accept incoming sessions over a secure channel and then test the security certificate expiration date and that we have the port set to 443 which means it's testing anything and everything coming into this port?  Is there any way that we can customize the component to only alert on certain SSL Certificates?

Thank you!
