How do I push a custom MSI that is not digitally signed using Patch manager?

I have a Custom MSI from a vendor that is not digitally signed. When I try to add it to Patch Manager it fails to publish. Does anyone know any tricks to get around this?

    If you need to have a digitally signed binary for deployment, you can sign the binary prior to publication. This can be self-signed certificate, an Enterprise certificate, or a third-party certificate. Only requirement is that the certificate is trusted by all parties.

    The downloaded binary will be found in %ProgramFiles%\SolarWinds\Patch Manager\Server\packages\publisher\<UpdateID>
