    Email not accessible via IMAP

      I have alert central setup to pull emails from an Exchange mailbox via IMAP. It's been setup that way since the beta of version 1.0. The problem that i'm having now is i'm receiving an error when alert central attempts to login to that inbox. I have verified the username and password using webmail and I'm currently working to verify that IMAP is working correctly using telnet. I'm able to login with the account and password and view a list of folders. When I attempt to configure IMAP in alert central i'm given the following error:

       

      DEBUG: setDebug: JavaMail version 1.4.5

      DEBUG: mail.imap.partialfetch: false

      DEBUG: mail.imap.appendbuffersize: -1

      DEBUG: mail.imap.minidletime: 10

      DEBUG: protocolConnect returning false, host=10.222.133.35, user=rdu\orionalerts, password=<null>

       

      We have other servers/services emailing alerts to this server so we need a resolution to the issue. Any assistance would be appreciated!

      I believe we are using Exchange 2010.
