    How do you reset the ticket numbering after finishing the testing of Web Help Desk?


      Hi all,


      We've recently finished testing the Web Help Desk and put in our purchase.


      We've been testing quite heavily and have a good number of junk tickets and would like to delete and reset the number rather than reinstall, to avoid working through all the configurations again.


      Is there a nice easy way to do this?
