When I first noticed this, I thought to myself who the $%^& knows the asset numbers to all their devices!
So far I haven't been able to figure out how to change it though
I'm with you guys. Also, it would be nice to be able to pick what fields are visible in the asset tab, ticket and ticket email after it has been selected, for the same reasons.
Seeing a serial or asset # doesn't help me, we just want the network name, IP, etc.
