Here is some background on our setup. We have 3 separate offices separated by state, 1 head office with multiple IT staff and 2 smaller offices each with 1 IT person. As stated above we are looking for a way to have all Techs assigned to a location group receive an email notification when a new ticket is opened for that location. We would also like for the ticket to be auto assigned based off of the tickets request type. This way in our smaller offices the IT person is aware of an issue occurring that has not be assigned to them.
Anyone have WHD setup like this?
Any ideas on how to configure for this functionality?
Is it even possible?
