Java version not displaying properly

Hi everyone,

I'm a new employee with our IT Department and I've been tasked with updating, managing and maintaining our WHD install. One of the first steps I've taken has been to update the test server to the latest version of WHD and an updated version of Java. The WHD update went through just fine and the Java update is ok but for some reason WHD is showing the incorrect version in the Set up -> General -> System Information area. It's showing that we have Java 6.26 installed when I've installed 7.30. I've searched to see if this is a known behavior issue but I havent found any threads on this yet.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or heard of this happening?

Chris, WHD uses a static JRE (6.26) that is installed in the jre folder inside the main WebHelpDesk folder. It does not use the JRE that is installed for the operating system.

That explains the version mis-match. Every day I learn something new about WHD and realize how much more there is to go.
