    RSS Feed of Public Messages




      Would it be possible to create an RSS feed of Public Messages in Web Help Desk. I'd like to be able to automatically Tweet messages (using Twitterfeed.com or the like). I saw in the old support forums how you could get an RSS feed of public FAQs, but nothing about Public messages.
