    How do I remove the new client note indicator once acknowledged


      If I send a message out to a client that affectively ends the current line of communication I sometimes get a reply. Such examples are "Thanks" messages, or ticket updates that do not really require an answer.


      The ticket in the group tickets view shows an icon/button/pin next to the ticket indicating that "Ticket has a new note, needs response". Does anyone know how I can remove this coloured indicator from the group tickets view in this case? I know I can remove the coloumn if needed but it is useful to see which tickets I need to reply to. If there is a way I can effectively acknowledge the indicator and clear it off if required that would be great.
