WHD is trying to search LDAP for the client and not finding them, create a manual client record and they will be fine
Thank you for your response. You are correct. When we created the client manually, it worked fine.
The answer was actually very simple. When looking through the configuration of Web Help Desk, while working with the support staff, we discovered the LDAP server was one we migrated off of several months ago. After adding the correct LDAP, WHD wa able to create new clients as designed. This was an oversight on my part and should have seen it sooner. All other settings were correct.
I hope this may help someone in the future.
