We have SolarWinds NPM (with several modules) and also Web Help Desk.
We are currently using Web Help Desk to create notifications of alerts triggered in NPM.
What I need to know is where Alert Central can fit into this and how it will benefit the solution we have? Is there any documentation to show how it can be integrated in a good fashion with these 2 products?
Where does it fit in with the roadmap of these products also?
