We need to replace a "Home Grown" system that looks at local business hour utilization Min Max and Average on uplink interfaces and shows consistent high so when our Network Operation Support group sees the trend that a site needs to add an additional circuit to a multilink bundle or a L3 hand off. They also do this for underutilized circuits to remove them.
