In versions prior to 1.1.4, I was able to make a recurring on call assignment span two days overnight by choosing a start time in PM and an end time in AM. With the changes to the on call assignment dialog, this appears to no longer be possible. Once I choose a time in the PM when creating a recurring assignment, the end time is restricted to PM times after the start time, up to and including 11:59PM.
Was this new behavior intentional, or is this a bug?
Also, I just noticed this:
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa??? That makes no sense to me. 12AM to 1AM should be a valid time span.

The one with red frame for 12AM and 1AM is a known issue.
