Difference between Network Topology Mapper & Network Atlas?

They both look like they scan your network and identify nodes. And using connect cables option on network atlas, you can build the topology.

I understand network atlas comes with NPM. Does the topology mapper come separate or is that part of another product?

NTM is indeed a separate product that fulfills a slightly different use case. NTM is more geared towards map manipulation for documentation purposes. NTM can export finished maps into NA however, if you already have NTM maps.
