got an strange Problem here with my WHD Enviroment.
Some users can create a new Ticket via eMail and the Ticket Counter goes up as it should go.
Then some users send from the same Domain a eMail to create a WHD Ticket and the Ticket Counter starts in the middle (e.g. Ticket # 130 of e.g.180). These Ticket are already closed.
Are there running two Databases of WHD? Can’t find a hint what’s going wrong or got a Error Message about that.
Is there anybody with some similar phenomenon?
