could you tell what upgrade type you selected ()?
Please check what version is displayed on your vami. In case it's 18.104.22.1682 then try to restart your VM and connect to the application again.
In case it hadn't upgraded, you can try ISO upgrade. You can find it here Alert Central Upgrade Info (Where Can I Download the Upgrade? section)

I was using the auto check and install option. System Information Vendor: SolarWinds, Inc. Appliance Name: SolarWinds Alert Central Appliance Version: 22.214.171.1242 Hostname: lpft-solar-ac1 OS Name: CentOS I have tried the ISO route but as it is the same version number the install button is greyed out. Do you have a way of forcing an upgrade or downgrade? I have the old ISO avaialble to downgrade to Alert-Central-Update-126.96.36.1996.iso. Is there a script I can run on the linux terminal to do this?
Ok, let's summarize everything again: your current version is 188.8.131.522, but you can't open your application, only appliance. Restart doesn't help. Right?

Unfortunately, for now there's no possibility to downgrade to the previous version.
The options you have:
1. Backup your db and install AC from scratch
- Backup you db through appliance: SolarWinds Mgmt tab -> Click Backup -> Click Refresh -> Save the file to your hard
- Install AC from scratch
- Restore the saved backup
- Pass Getting Started Wizard to make sure that your integration account is working (all the steps should be pass on 'Email Settings Test' page)
2. Restore the last working snapshot (backup) of the whole system. If you have any recent backups of your system, you'll probably be able to back to the working state and then try upgrade once again.
