error backup dell S5000

hello,

I need your help.

I have two dell s5000 and need to back up ... I have the CatTools 3.8 and devices are configured correctly as DELL SWITCH CLI ... but when I give the order to backup the result is always the same:

"Running Backup Config results: Failed"

"Failed to receive device to config file" error dell.png

can help me?
