    Single email is generating two alerts


      I am having an issue with alert central creating two alerts or two potential alerts (ones that don't have a matching rule) from one email. It does not happen all of the time, but a majority of the time.  It doesn't matter if they are generated from one of our notification systems or a direct email sent to the alert central mailbox.  We are running exchange 2003 and running version
