NPM 10.7.0

Has anyone set up local service accounts in NPM 10.7.0 then when attempting to log into the web console received a TCP error code of 10061?

Can you elaborate a little more? What were the service accounts set up for? Are you logging in with them or are they for database connection?

We finally figured out that issue, but have since ran into yet another. We have since ran into another problem with NPM - from the VM where NPM is install - we cannot access the Web Console nor can we install any other SW modules - the modules continue to indicate they don't "see" NPM as being installed - that said, I can't get my Syslog svc or Trap svc to start... I've tried to reinstall them and still no luck.....

Update - The problem with not being able to install other SW modules because they didn't recognize NPM installed on the server was caused by a license key issue that has since been resolved. The only issue left now is to figure out why the Syslog Service and the Trap Service will not start.
