I have quite a few alerts that aren't showing up in alert central, they are within the email account that is monitored. This is not the case with all emails, some go thru fine. It makes me wonder if maybe hitting the go to trash button on an alert makes the system permanently discard future messages. I can't figure out how to start receiving these alerts again and could use some help.

Some of the incoming emails were not processed by AC and got stuck in your integration account mailbox. You trashed them and future message don't come? Or you're worried they won't come?
