Pulling Web-Based Reports via API

I don't believe we have a way of running reports through the API. How about using the Report Scheduler feature?

In my particular use case I was looking for a way to integrate Orion reports with a different system that provides a customer portal.  I was going to leverage the API to pull bandwidth reports from Orion into that customers portal.  The report scheduler will be a less integrated approach but it was my Plan B.
