Network Discovery "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

Hello!

I'm trying to add a node to NPM but every time I use the Network Discovery or just add a node i get,

"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

I have attached the Website Error and after some research I thought that maybe my SolarWinds Orion Module Engine wasn't running but it is.

Any help is appreciated!

This can be resolved with the following steps:
Fix the missing permissions with permission checker.
Microsoft visual C++ 2013 redistributable (x86) was missing from the server (check add/remove programs in control panel), reinstalled
the missing package. Then restarted the services.
