Different Image Types In Different Browsers (Orion)

Opening maps (created in Network Atlas) in different browsers results in a different image type being used. Internet Explorer displays all the maps as a .bmp (3000KB). Firefox displays the same maps as a .jpg(600KB).

Some of the pages with multiple maps results in a 10MB - 20MB page load in Internet Explorer. Is there a setting I can change to force .jpg images in all browsers?

This certainly isn't expected behavior, as we store in jpg. What version of NPM are you running presently?
