    Can WHD filter an emails subject line to create a new ticket, set the Tech and request type?


      Hello All,

      Using a single incoming mail account, is it possible to filter an incoming email by subject line to create a new ticket and assign the tech group and request type? If not, how about an individual user email address? I have Web forms where users/students can complete for helpdesk requests and it sends an email to our help desk. I know we have to options to use the WHD web to log onto and create tickets, but we have lots revolving students and many of them have forgotten theirs passwords (enhance the form). I would like to automate these emails and assign them to a Tech and a request type.
