We are using the action rules and tasks more often and it helps a lot.
What we can't figure out is how to do the following:
We have tickets automatically created at the end of every month for monthly fees such as colocation etc.
The ticket creation works great. The only thing we would want more is to have it scheduled in the calendar so that when we look at the calendar we see everything that's going to happen.
So the things to work out would be: #1 Have a ticket be in the scheduled calendar #2 Have it done on the last day of every month (or, let's say, the 28th for simplicity)
Any idea of how to do this?
The closest thing I have seen to that is being able to schedule a ticket to occur. You can schedule a task for the fourth sunday for example, but Im not sure, since the schedule doesn't appear to have a due date, if it appears on the calendar.
