If you want to receive notification to both of addresses at the same time, you should set "Notify selected group member" in group (see attachment).
If you set "Notify all group members" you will not receive notifications to all additional addresses. You will receive notification only to your primary address.
Our organization was very interested in Alert Central, but this feature/limitation is a deal breaker.
We need it to send both an e-mail address and an SMS address for each user listed as currently "On Call" on the calendar. If it only sends to the first address for each user on a calendar, whether by design or by flaw, it's useless to us.
Yes, you can do it as you described:
"Wait 0 minutes and then notify me at email@example.com"?
In this case you'll receive notifications to your both Primary and Secondary addresses simultaneously.
But please take into account Olexandr's post.
So then if I am reading this correctly each user can not have 2 notification addresses? You can only specify an additional address in the escalation policy that will go to 1 alternant address. I need to be able to notify all of my users via email and text simultanosuly.
