    Separating Department Access in Web Helpdesk

      Does anyone use web helpdesk for other departments besides it?

       

      Examples:

      • Maintenance
      • HR
      • Utilities
      • Vehicle Fleet Management

       

      If so how do you set it up to keep each department from being able to see other department tickets, assets, etc?
