I'm wondering how others handle this. We have a rotating on call schedule that includes 3 of us and the escalation path is different depending on who is primary. As an example lets say they are techs 1, 2 and 3. The order would be:
Primary 1> escalations 2, 3 all
2 > 3, 1, all
3> 1, 2, all
So I have 3 groups set up with different escalation paths. I'm not sure how to do this with calendaring. Currently I change the group that the email source points to every time the on call primary changes. I just put AC in production so I'm still learning.
