Is there a way to get an expiration alert for an expiring FAQ?

I would like the Techs to start putting an expiration on the FAQ's of 1 year by default.  Then 1 year later get an alert that the FAQ was expiring so that they could see if it was still relevant.  If it was then they could renew it for another year if not then just let it expire.
