    The department is not appearing on ticket from client information


      Hi there I started in a new company and am using WHD for the first time there seems to be some issues with the software which I want to iron out my first is that although clients get "department" pulled through LDAP from AD this does not appear in the ticket information when creating a ticket, I don't want to have to choose the location I want it to automatically pick the department that the client is in, can anyone explain how I can achieve this.
