Show NetFlow Graph on External Website?

I am making a webpage that will have different graphs and charts. So far, it only has some MRTG graphs.

Any suggestions on how I can include a NetFlow graph on my webpage? I see that the NetFlow graphs use JSON data. It would be nice if I could extract that data out somehow.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
