    AC 1.1.1 Upgrade, email quit working

      After upgrading to 1.1.1 email has quit working (see screen capture).

          Hi, Scott.

           

          Do you try re-check integrity with your IntegrationEmail.

          Try Setting >> Getting Started Wizard >> Next >> Test Connection

          Do you pass green on SMTP send test?

           

          Restart of VirtualMachin (not only AC) also can be required after upgrade.

              I am failing at SMTP (see Error Details below). We are using MS Exchange 2013. I did reboot the virtual appliance after the upgrade completed.

              I just wanted to confirm that I upgraded this morning with no issues (thus far detected).

                I have resolved this issue. Our Exchange server was not allowing any of the authentication methods presented by Alert Central. To get around this, I selected "Use different credentials for SMTP" under Advanced Options (Setting >> Getting Started Wizard >> Next >> Email Setup >> Advanced Options) and then left Username and Password blank.
