    Web Helpdesk-Request Types


      I'm setting up our installation and I'm wondering if it's possible to make child request types optional.


      We have a Break/Fix request, then Desktop below that. We also want to have hardware or software below the Desktop node, but may not need it all the time.


      Can it be done, or do I create "general" types for the broad categories as well as drilling down.
